Chips took a message from CJCS Admiral Mullen. He returned to New Orleans to unseat  alien occupant of White House. Agent on U.S.S. Washington analyzes recent Thuraya, Iridium, GPS and BlackBerry messages. Madoff surrendered in shame on December 11, twelve days after Mumbai attack. He has  exposed Sidley Austin as underwriter of bonds used to finance Shadow Party shock and awe attacks on Jews  in Mumbai and Blacks in N.O.  Shadow Party run through Thunder Road Group 7th Floor of Motion Picture Association of America HQ at 888 Sixteenth Street NW in Washington, DC. Bosses Soros and Clinton use Sidley as mortgage underwriter to distribute insurance kickbacks after events such as Arkancides, buildings collapsing or levees giving way. Thunder Road trough feeds various pigs; Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now; Phoenix Group and Vagina Votes. Chips  infiltrates new ADuc agents into HUBZones  run by Amelia and Brucey Baby. Chapter introduces Chief Red Jacket of Baton-Rouge, Louisiana, Lousiana Blue Boy, close combat instructor, United States Marine Corps and White Birdwoman of Rochester. Clinton-Rubin principals get ready to become 'state's witnesses' with FBI Director Mueller or his successor. The 1996 LT1 headed  to Pat O'Brien's and the first  general recall of Abel Danger UC since 9/11.  Sable offered a prayer "Sihhi Malzeme Torbasi" vowing allegiance to her new country and a DHL Van and a Honda 350 followed the  stretch Fleetwood as Stone put the hammer down.

   Twice the lights flickered on, then off, then on, and then off prior to returning to steady and bright.  Apparently an out of season lightening bolt and the accompanying clap of thunder had kicked the old alternator/generators off the line.  Even though the 1960s era T56 engines had modern electrical generation systems the 65 year old airframe still had rather old wiring and somewhere in that matrix an electrical problem was triggered by the atmospheric display of God's power.  Shortly after reliable electric power had been restored, Chips felt a vibration as his clipper squirt gun took an incoming message from Sluggo.
 
   "ACE 1 on ground Belle Chasse.  Expect to see a message from new agent afloat on USS George Washington during the 9-11 TOPOFF.  Disinfo types reaching feverish pitch.  Projects "Manas revert" and "Gaza Suleyman" now rated below Katrina Genocide.  RTB Belle Chasse for Operation "BlackBarry Dryout".  General recall of Abel Danger UC to region of French Quarter.  Do not respond."
 
   Chips was intrigued by the RTB Belle Chasse.  It dovetailed nicely with what he had had suggested to him by Queen Hornet of 1301 K Street.  The perps of the serial genocides including 9-11, Katrina and Mumbai all had common DNA and those identified were now getting cold feet.  Hornet had suggested a meeting at the Ramshead for "Spring Buck Night" but Chips understood any participation would have to be by clipper. Queen Hornet had smelled a rat when one of the "Clipper Four" was penciled in as Director of the CIA.  She felt that that was a political move to intimidate her due to the collateral duties of herself, Amelia, and her brother, Chips, pictured in this night vision goggle photo taken during a recent conference at the Rams Head Road House at 1773  General's Highway in Crownsville, Maryland.  Due to the frequent visits to the Rams Head by agents loyal to the United States of America, the manager of the Rams Head Roadhouse, a person whose pseudonym is "Cornwall Jackson", authorized the installation of 4 night vision enabled cameras placed at 4 vantage points covering the entire Roadhouse. This photo of Amelia and Chips was introduced at a meeting at Clinton Rubins in November of 2008 when the mood at the business became one of mutual distrust, envy and near hatred.  It was not much later that Rubins stepped down from his banking job as the 'stimulus' was about ready to hit the fan, just as Peter G. Peterson stepped down from CFR, just as Giuliani withdrew on 14 November, 2007, just as Tim Pawlenty was taken off McCain’s ticket in favor of Mother Moose and just like Brucey had sold out to Clinton Rubins to reduce his exposure and distribute the blame.  More 'stimulus' would be hitting the fan if and when the alien occupant of the White House learns that his cyber-security guru has been hacked just the way PROMIS, BlowFish, and DiscWipe were in gaining the ability to stop TOPOFF II in December, 2006, Operation BVR in late summer 2007, and Amalgam WIPE in 2008.

      The meetings that took place in Rams Head Roadhouse in Crownsville, not Annapolis, would be the beginning of the end for those perps in Project Phoenix, TOPOFF II, and Amalgam WIPE '08.  History will show that the Octopus went back to the same old playbook one too many times after Thomas Barnett's triage of senior naval officers at the Windows On the World meeting of June, 2001.  While the credentials of subversive senior officers include Georgetown and Harvard, those same subversives suffer from the syndrome identified in this ClipperFlash to Abel Danger Under Cover aboard U.S.S Washington received just hours before the BlackBarry was rumored to be recovered:

     The meetings in Crownsville had reached their peak frequency in the time frame March, 2007 to January, 2009 due to the realities of the political farce being played out in the Erection of 2008 where the alien occupant would be temporarily chain smoking in the White House while he waited for the revenge of Thunder Thighs.  While the male perps were dropping like flies, the 7 leading female perps were getting nervous:  Thunder Thighs, Sasquatch, Gorilla Woman, Miss Budweiser, Lavendar Merkin, Leonara Zell-Wang and Queen Hornet knew the noose was tightening.  If the Abel Danger UC assets who took down Rubins, Peterson, Giuliani, Brucey and Pawlenty were to be fair to each gender, these 7 high visibility perverse females (?) knew that 5 of them should be going down like dominoes soon, and that is not a reference to a Pizza chain.  The Tony's Pizza truck that had left Kankeekee had arrived in New Orleans well ahead of the meeting that the 7 misfit woman feared, "Operation BlackBarry Dryout".  Due to the fact that on Feb 1 or 2 Obamanistas would outnumber Abel Danger UC in New Orleans, Tango, Sluggo and Chips decided to lay low for an additional 72 hours to bring in more assets while monitoring the departure of the Obamanistas.  To that end Sluggo, Skymaster and Dwarf were flown down in ACE 1 while Diehard was called in from Tasmania. Three additional HubZone natives were recalled also, Louisiana Blue Boy, White Birdwoman of Rochester, and Chief Red Jacket.  To monitor the departure of the effluent Obamanistas, Pierre 'Sugar Britches' Boudreau, of Methane, Louisiana was hired to ensure transport of the politicos was accomplished safely, on schedule and in an ecologically safe method.  Pierre operated a limousine service for political wannabes and he was well known throughout the New Orleans region due to the sign on the back of his political limousine:

    Sugar Britches ensured that the undesirables were out of town before the general gathering of the Abel Danger UC assets would be convened late on 7 February, 2009, at  Pat O'Briens in the French Quarter.  Sugar Britches Boudreau drove a lavatory service truck at the New Orleans airport for a period of two years after an unfortunate breakdown of his previous pooper pumper put him out of business, and terminally stained his levis, in a freakish incident just prior to Katrina in 2005.  Back in those days he neither washed his truck nor his Levis and the results were a broken frame on Poop Pumper One.  In inspecting the underside of his previous Poop Pumper Boudreau was drenched with leaking effluence; hence his nickname and his temporary hiatus in his day job at the airport.

    Althought Sugar britches had been away from the Airport for a period of time after the "broken frame" incident, he had maintained his friendships with people all over New Orleans International and with his Tribal Elder, Chief Red Jacket, of Methane, Louisiana.  It was agents of the airlines and fuel truck drivers who serviced private jets that announced to Sugar Britches that all of the Obamanistas had "left the building" by late afternoon, 6 February, 2009.  Relating the 'all clear' to Sluggo, Pierre Boudreau had in effect allowed the recall of Chips and the up-tempo of Operation BlackBarry Dryout.
 
   Back in Florida after what seemed an interminable delay, Chips finally felt the AC46K roll onto the tarmac of MacDill and taxi rapidly to the point where Chips and Sable, arriving shortly after Chips, were to transfer to the EITAM and join Moshe and crew.  However, Sluggo's clipper call had suggested a representative of the Naval Officer afloat on the USS George Washington would be meeting ACE 2, and as the 65 year old AC46K was shutdown, Chips could see a slender young Marine Officer approach the aft pax door of the AC46K.  As Chips opened the door and stepped into the humid night air of MacDill AFB he could not miss the remarkable resemblance of this Marine Captain, a Native American, to Lance "Bunky" Echo-Hawk from the 1965 Class of Ramey High School, Puerto Rico.
 
   "Good evening sir, the Admiral has sent me to deliver a message to Chips, please authenticate".
 
   "At ease Captain, I am Chips, authenticate 0116513, please deliver whatever message you carry from the Admiral in five paragraph form."
 
   "Yes sir. SMEAC follows: Situation, Manas Revert and Suleyman Gaza now behind Operation BlackBarry Dryout.  Mission, Chips to return ASAP Belle Chasse aboard ACE 2, Duluth Viper escort.  Execution, ACE 2 to Belle Chasse, VC37 with Sable to Barksdale AFB, Hoss awaits Sable in Never Miss. Admin and Logistics in Sluggo.  Command and Communications in Chips and Tango.  Any questions, sir?"
 
   "Negative Marine, dismissed, Semper Fi."
 
   As the Marine Captain returned to his sedan, Chips saw the VC37 taxiing in toward the rendezvous point in the secure area away from Base Ops at MacDill.  As Tango and Fish ensured a proper refueling of ACE 2, Chips hand carried a printed SMEAC to Sable to share with her 'front-end' crew.  It contained a minimum of information relating to departure time, routing, altitude, mission and escort which was a pair of F15s from Jacksonville, Snake 01 and 02, who would be supported by the Upset 51 and 53.  Cleat 41 would orbit Jacksonville until the Snakes would safely return to the alert status at JAX.  As Sable and the Aircraft Commander exited the jet, Chips addressed Sable in Urdu to ensure secure communications.  He discussed to change of plans, change of destination and the reason for the VC37 being routed to Barksdale AFB.  Sable and Chips both knew that on 9-11-2001 Air Force One, a VC25, had been routed from Sarasota FL to Barksdale to enable POTUS 43 to board an E4B for the continued trip to Offut AFB, Nebraska.  While a bewildered Peter Jennings was clamoring for the President to appear in public, from wherever he was, a caller into the studio at KFGO, the Mighty 790, informed Ed Schultz's studio staff that Air Force One was enroute to Offut AFB, Bellevue, Nebraska.  While Peter Jennings and the resources of ABC could not locate the President, a member of Abel Danger UC had spoken with authority from his farm in Glyndon, Minnesota. And as in any great nation, a great society always listens to its quietest voice.  Loose lips sink ships.  Don't mess with Texas.    Sable felt uncomfortable talking Urdu within earshot of the aircraft commander, a Major Buz Makinasi, as she thought his name sounded Turkish and many Turks, if not fluent in Urdu, could follow the theme of a Urdu conversation.  She didn't want to speak Farsi for the same reason so she asked if ACE 2 was open for a tour. As she asked, in English, Tango had just walked up to confirm fueling was complete.  Also, a sedan arrived with 4 stars on the license plate and out of the sedan stepped Barm E. Badger and his wife, Brenda N. Behan.  Brenda was known in security circles as Baba al-Hafir, or Heifer, as she looked somewhat Middle Eastern even though she was the Irish heir to the Blatz Brewing fortunes from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Brenda, orignally from Dublin, had met Barm E. Badger at the Harbour Lights Bar while Brenda was a college girl and Barm E. was a new agent of MI5, later to transfer to MI6 and finally on to his cover job on Baker Street where he worked with Gerry Rafferty after the breakup of the rock band Stealers Wheel in 1975.
 
  As Barm E. and Chips were friends, all four, Chips, Barm E., Sable and Heifer crawled into the AC46K and into the VIP pod, along with Tango.  Tango briefed the group.  "Chairman of Joint Chiefs has put both Manas Revert and Suleyman Gaza subservient to Operation BlackBarry Dryout.  The Joint Chiefs and the Adjutant Generals of the state's guard units wish to establish a protocol with the alien occupant.  ACE 2 will immediately return to Belle Chasse with Chips.  VC37 will depart 5 minutes later for Barksdale, where Hoss awaits in Never Miss to slide Sable into New Orleans unnoticed.  Heifer and Barm E. to take places of Sable and Chips on EITAM, Moshe has been briefed.  We have reason to suspect both pilots aboard VC are dirty.  Buz Makinasi is not loyal to US as Piso Mojado neither is.  Therefore, in Barksdale an ambulance will meet VC to transfer Sable to Base Hospital due to 'shortness of breath'.  Ambulance will deliver Sable to Never Miss and her double to Base Hospital.  Approximately 4 hours later, after Never Miss reports on ground at New Orleans, VC37 and double return to Andrews.  MI5 and Abel Danger have traced Buz Makinasi back through some Turkish-American Association contacts and his co-pilot, Captain Piso Mojado has some disloyal connection to anti-American interests in Puerto Rico where he once served as adjutant to Colonel Arroz Conpollo at both PRANG Headquarters and at their Borinquen remote site near Aguadilla. Ladies and gentlemen, ACE 2 is being started now for departure, any last minute questions?"
 
   As all of the 4 briefees were quick studies, there were no questions.  Chips bade farewell and safe journeys to Sable, Barm E. and Heifer as they exited the AC46K.  The shrill whine of the VC37's starboard engine indicated to Chips' satisfaction that the VC37 would be on time departing MacDill, 5 minutes in trail of ACE 2.  As Tango closed the aft door of the old commando, he noticed the tell-tale strobes of a flight of two F16s orbiting overhead.  As he returned to the right seat in the flight deck he witnessed Fish copying the DRAFT clearance.  The destination, route, altitude, fuel and time were all consistent with the printed instructions so Tango brought up his displays and sensors as Chips reached for a Grolsch beer.  Fish taxied the old commando out for a downwind departure in the interest of getting the old girl back to Belle Chasse ASAP now that the Obamanista effluence had been certified cleansed by Sugar Britches Boudreau.  As the AC46K was lifting off, a red light illuminated on Tango's comm panel at the same time as an immediate clipper TM was vibrating on Chip's clipper squirt gun.
 
  As Chips and Tango saw the immediate message from Amelia, they noticed her first ever use of 'brevity-google' protocols. " [ ACORN + Katrina + Mumbai + Rathke ] followed by [ Clinton + Eileen Wellstone + bite + lips ] followed by [ USS Washington + 9/11 + thuraya + iridium + blackberry + shadow party + TRG ] and finally [ Hillary + TRG + Soros + Harold McEwan Ickes ]. 
 
   As Chips was solving the matrix in his mind, Tango offered the opinion, "Looks like the Georgetown General involved in Mumbai is a mort, the Dope from Hope's oppression of women will be revisited as Thunder over Reno is rolled out in real time and just in time to thwart the Shadow governments assault on America".
 
   Chips asked Tango "Regarding Thunder over Reno, is that some type of act involving the X-AG and current Secretary of State?"
 
   "Negative Chips, Thunder Over Reno was a movie produced in 2007 that was a fair warning to any party or parties intent on destroying the USA that they was a power in the Fargo area that could turn their knees to jelly and their stomachs to customers of Sugar Britches Poop-Pumper 2, capeche?"                                           

   Chips understood that Tango was referring to the movie inspired by Bob Odegaard's Super Corsair, the only Super Corsair in the world.  Chips also understood that the Fargo Air Museum, Fargo North Dakota, where the Super Corsair was hangared not far from 'Duggy' and the 'Sweet Talkin' Woman' may be a signal to the world that in the heartland of America there are still persons, assets and organizations that will die before they will allow scum like ACORN, Sidley and CR to destroy the United States of America.  While Georgetown and Harvard may be great breeding grounds for perverts and subversives, both Chips and Tango fully understood that the photo below demonstrated not only why TOPOFF II would be again delayed, but also identified the chief culprit in that failed effort to destroy America, Thunder Thighs.  Notice the fat thighs on this cow and her DNA sharing pal, Webster.

    As Tango and Chips had broken the message down and understood it all, Fish indicated that a VC37 had just joined up underneath the right wing of the AC46K as Tango got a priority message from Sluggo on his comm sensor.  Prior to downloading Sluggo's message Chips asked Tango to 'sniff' a fresh contact on the nose at 120 miles with 900 knots closing velocity.  Tango had to 'sniff' it twice before concluding "Chips, it is a Packard V-1650-7 and it is operating close to redline, it most certainly is a Mustang, are you expecting a warbird intercept?"
 
  "Negative Tango, we were expecting a warbird swap out with Sable at Barksdale, but with Sable under the wing and a Mustang on the nose, it appears that the SMEAC order has been refined.  Any chance that contact is a Rolls Royce Merkin?" asked a suddenly off balance Chips.
 
  "Chips, a Rolls Royce engine is a Merlin.  If you really meant Rolls Royce Merkin I presume you allude to the Wellesley graduate at the State Street Bank, Lavendar Merkin?"
 
  "I stand corrected Tango, understood.  Roger the Rolls Royce Merlin, during WWII the Mustangs were being built so fast Allison couldn't deliver all the engines so Rolls Royce produced some under license and Packard, the luxury car builder in the US, produced the Rolls Royce Merlins which gave the P51 Mustangs an extra 100 mph at altitude”.
 
  "On my 3rd sniff I have determined that this target is the P51D once owned by Vernon Thorp of Oklahoma, the "Never Miss".
 
  "Tango, didn't that aircraft once fly out of Fargo with the Happy Hooligans as tail number 44-73275 ?"
 
   "Correct you are, Chips, and whatever it is, it is now converting from high to low in a left slice back to our left wing, let's take a look see."  As Tango and Chips strained against Fish's left side cockpit windows they could see the flames for the exhaust stacks on the right side of the Mustang as it sliced back at full power and joined  ACE 2.  Once stabilized in close fingertip, the Mustang's cockpit floods came on high and Chips could see a smiling Hoss and a nervous Hamish.  Suddenly the change of plans made sense.  As the two Duluth  F16s from Tyndall and the two F15s from Jax saw that Never Miss was aboard, Fish kissed them off into the dark night while asking Tango to 'fire up the J85s, same drill as last time'.
 
   Tango checked RPM, introduced fuel, allowed a stable temperature and then slowly increased pod-jets to 100%.  Fish started a shallow descent of 300 fpm as he put Belle Chasse on the nose at 200 miles.  Fish made a hand signal to Hoss on the left and Tango repeated it to the VC37  on the right.  The sound of microphones clicking indicated that the Mustang and the G550 both understood the instruction to switch to 123.45 VHF.  "Fish check".
 
  "Hoss"
 
  "Buz"
 
   "Okay fellers we will fly into Belle Chasse in right hand echelon to break to the left at 350 knots and 1500 feet, 5 second intervals, any questions?"
 
   "Hoss, negative"
 
   "Buz, unable, as an Air Force aircraft we are not allow night visual overhead patterns, sorry"
 
   "Buz, cleared off to 10 mile trail, Hoss tighten it up, push it up and we're going down, switch approach".
 
   Click-click.
 
   "Belle Chasse approach, ACE flight of two for the overhead, ACE 3 in 10 mile trail straight in".
 
   "ACE flight, cleared as requested, cleared to break left, cleared to land, cleared to TA, zipper."
 
   Click. Click. Click.
 
   As the Air Force weenies were safely away from the war birds, Fish had the Commando doing 400+ as he hit the numbers and went to BETA and rolled 70 degrees AOB to the left.  Hoss took 5 seconds and followed. As the Mustang rolled out and rejoined the Commando while maintaining 'zipper' in the taxi to the TA ramp, a frustrated Belle Chasse tower operator heard Buz ask for a wind check.  The controller did not respond.  As the comm-sec war birds taxied up to the secure ramp, a 1996 LT1 approached from the shadows.

    As the Limo stopped, a young, tall and slender man hopped out and waited for Chips, Tango, Fish, Hoss and Hamish.  As Chips recognized the driver he gave him a thumb's up to which Stone pointed back towards the deciduous woods where Chips now saw a DHL van.  He understood that Homi and Duke were providing security.  After the VC37 went missed approach for lack of a wind check the frustated air traffic controller reported the winds calm and the VC37 landed on their second harrowing attempt.  As Buz Makinasi taxied the jet in, Piso Mojado indicated to Sable that they were on the ground at Belle Chasse and that the Limo was awaiting her.
 
   As the three aircraft were exited Chips, Hamish and Tango met Sable and escorted her to the Limo while Fish made a secure call to Sluggo with brief message "Eagle has landed, ETA Pat's in 20 minutes".  As Sable and Chips took the second seat of the Limo, facing backwards, Stone handed them each a copy of an immediate clipper that had come to the Limo as they were landing.  The clipper had come from Amelia and Sluggo and announced, effective immediately, Operation Moray was authorized to attack the Octopus.  Had Danny Casolaro been alive he would be jumping for joy as it was 18 years prior, in August 1991 that he had been murdered in Martinsburg as he was close to exposing the Octopus.  As Chips focused on the printout he read the fine print and took more of the message in.  "Operation Moray 09 is authorized by Jackson Hole, Abel Danger to address [ ACORN + Association of Trial Lawyers of America + Phoenix Group + TRG + SEIU + planned parenthood ]  and COO 888 16th St NW".  Chips and Sable conferred with Tango and Hamish and agreed that the former vice-president had not relinquished control of Abel Danger UC and in fact was authorizing a targeting of the Global Guardians doing business at the 'center of operations' 888 16th St, NW, in Washington.  It was not wasted on the group that the brazen bastards trying to destroy America were boasting, even with the address. 888 was understood to be '8 central banks' controlling '88 trillion dollars in assets'.  As Chips understood the gravity of their newly assigned mission, he slipped back into his Peter the Pastor Pilot motif and offered a simple prayer, "Lord, you created the earth and everything in it and on it, you have given man dominion over the animals and the plants, but you have never given any man dominion over your most loved creatures, man himself, who you created in your image.  As you have positioned us to defend your nation, the nation you Blessed, please be with us, guide us, strengthen us, and protect us as we humbly endeavor to fulfill your will in our lives of service to you, Amen."  As Hoss and Fish had walked up during the prayer Hoss suggested, "Chips, I think we all need to sing the 'Senior Edition'.
  
  At Hoss' prompting Chips, Fish and the group sang the Senior Edition.
