Dialing in 1100 AM and 106.9 FM on his Clipper Squirt Gun, Chips signaled for Sluggo to open the door while he tried to pick up any steganographic message from the Fat Man in Fargo. The Fat Man had the ability to put cryptic messages into seemingly normal advertisements on his pair of stations, both playing oldies. Chips was surprised to see two Chicago Police cars and two unmarked Crown Vics lined up behind the Pizza truck. Sluggo spoke with the police team leader and was assured that undercover security was deployed in the command floors above Dearborn Street for the duration of the prayer vigil. He was also told that to provide cover for Roland, Rhonda and Sir John to tap the fiber optic hacklines in the tunnel beneath the road, a Chicago utilities truck would arrive with a jack hammer and air compressor at 1945 to make noise to allow the threesome to work undetected in the Dearborn bunkers.
Shaking hands and exchanging cel numbers, Sluggo thanked the police contact and noticed his hand was sticky indicating he had recently been at the donut shop.
The New Years Eve prayer vigil began promptly at 2000 hours at the Alien Patent Custodian bunker deep under Dearborn Street. Lay Pastors Priscilla Shoe-Forte, Sluggo, Clinton Reubens and Peter the Pastor Pilot [ aka Chips ] prepared to deliver messages of “Rest, Recharge and Run” for the tired citizens of Chicago as well as America and North America at large. For too long the ‘ships of state’ of Canada and the US had been like ships floundering in a stormy sea with no Captain to give directions to the helmsmen of those national vessels. For the vessels to carry out their missions and arrive safely at their destinations they would have to survive storms and hardships. Regardless of how well constructed the ships and how well trained and willing the crew, without an experienced Captain the vessels may become lost on the stormy seas of life, and as the inauguration approached the seas became less calm.
Lay Pastor Priscilla preached on the meaning of rest as she quoted Matthew 11:27-30. She recognized the tired and hopeless looks on the faces of those on the street who had been disadvantaged by people of their own race who claimed to be their advocates when in reality ethnic cleansing had taken place in the guise of ‘choice’ and women’s rights and entitlements. Gloria Steinhem and the ACORN architects of abortion and Arkancide had all surfaced on the national scene in 1968. Other aggressive and antagonistic women had joined forces and launched an assault on families, children, monogamous marriages and single earner households using a variety of weapons all window dressed as ‘rights’. For forty years Chicago’s poor had been preached their rights but never reminded of their responsibilities and duties. She ended her mini-sermon quoting Isaiah 40:31 and encouraged those on the street to ‘not grow weary’.
Lay Pastor Sluggo preached next a message of ‘recharge’ centered on Ephesians 6. He laid out how the people should prepare themselves and become ‘recharged’ so that they may continue to fight for justice and truth. And to stand.
Pastor Sluggo gave the people hope and reminded them that God, Himself, had a plan for each and everyone of them if they would read Jeremiah 29:11, seek God and follow his commands. After his brief words he joined the people gathered and listened as Lay Pastor Clinton Reuben, himself a black, prepared to speak to the citizens of Chicago there assembled.
Clinton told the people of the street how best to run in the coming battle and he quoted Hebrews 12; especially running the course laid out for each individual as written in Hebrews 12:1. Pastor Clinton Reuben also spoke on how the black people in Chicago had been misled by agents seeking to reduce their numbers through abortion, disease, dangerous lifestyles and other contrived risks brokered by the law firm above; the same law firm which now administered the Alien Patent Custodian bunker on behalf of Obama’s bank and the DOJ Pride folks at the K-Street Sex Club. He was getting ready to wrap his mini-sermon and turn it over to Lay Pastor Peter the Pilot when everyone’s Clippers went off at once. Four green ‘received’ lights were illuminated on Fish’s Clipper phone, Hamish and Chips sprang into action. At Milwaukee’s Mitchell Field Roughrider was preparing the P51D for a quick trip to Cleveland while Tango was readying the Ace 2 AC46K for the arrival of Chips. As Hamish and Chips went to 1 Wacker Drive for the helo extract by Super Puma, Homi and Duke were briefing some spooky things to do at the NASA Hanger at the Northwest corner of Cleveland Hopkins Airport. To ensure team integrity, Homi gave a shrill whistle that signaled Rhonda, Roland and the Blind Squirrel to ‘return to base’. Homi started the Pizza truck while Duke led the rats and squirrel to a transport cage. Sluggo then lifted the cage into the Pizza truck and joined Homi in the cab.
Arriving at 1 Wacker Drive Chips, Hamish, Homi, Duke and the rats went to the idling Super Puma and entered through the passenger door. A smiling ‘Hoss’ gave them a big old cowboy welcome and told them to hang on tight. As the Super Puma lifted off and accelerated Hamish asked “How did you get here so fast Hoss?”
“Don’t ask, don’t tell” was Hoss’ laconic reply as the technology indicated a course of 350 degrees and showed MKE on the nose at 87 miles. Over the speaker in the cabin of the Puma a message was broadcast “This is Tango, Ace 2 and Roughrider One topped off and idling on the C130 side of the airport”.
At just before 2100 hours on New Year’s Eve, Hoss had the Puma in the flare at the ANG C130 ramp. Fifteen minutes later Roughrider One was departing from runway 01L with a clearance to Cleveland Hopkins. Hamish was in the back jump seat going backwards and forwards and whipping his bull neck around. Once the P51D was clear of the departure corridor heading east, an AC46K with callsign Ace 2 was rolling on runway 01L for Kankeekee with Chips and Tango in the front of the modified Curtis transport.
As Chips leveled it off at 8500 feet and 300 knots, Tango selected 1200 in the transponder and used the search radar to ensure no unwanted company came within 100 miles. Once satisfied that they were secure he fired up the false return generator and gave the boys at Chicago center a little chaff to keep them busy as ACE 2 headed straight to Kankeekee.
Homi, Duke, Roland, Rhonda and Sir John where picked up by a small jet hauling checks and were enroute to Cleveland Hopkins joining Roughrider over Lake Michigan at 11,000 feet and 300 knots. As the ‘check-jet’ assumed the lead of the formation, Roughrider turned out his nav lights as the jet accelerated to just over 400mph.
At the Kankeekee railyard a 16th car, a flatbed, was being hitched to the City of New Orleans for an on time departure. As the Pizza Delivery truck was secured, Fish was walking out of the darkness with his duffel and his Clipper. Once inside the Pizza truck, he ensured the truck had the necessary documents and technology and then he locked the truck and put the keys where directed in the Abel Danger UC briefing paper. He signaled the engineer that car 16 was ready to go as the City of New Orleans lurched into motion.
Next Fish put on a torso harness and inflated a 12 foot helium balloon with reflective tape on every vertical section. He had his Clipper on channel 3 per the briefing and he awaited the call from Tango. At 2235 Fish heard “Fish, Tango, eta 5 minutes, report status”.

“Balloon at 900 feet, orange reflectors, winds at surface 200 at ten. Ready for Fulton extraction”. At 2238 the landing lights of the AC46K were illuminated as the aircraft approached the railyard from a 020 bearing at 450 feet above the ground. Chips visually lined up the aircraft to hit the balloon lanyard in the middle vertically. Fish transmitted ‘mission green’ and then placed his gloved hands on the torso harness’ parachute risers. At 2240 exactly the lanyard was caught by the v-nose and Fish accelerated from zero to 130 knots in less than 10 seconds as the lanyard stretched to allow survivable G-forces. Once Tango felt appropriate load on the recovery device he signaled Chips to climb at 140 knots as he reeled Fish into a position just abeam the open door on the side of the AC46K. As Chips flew the unpressurized AC46K in a shallow climb at 140 knots, Tango used a steel gaff to hook the risers holding Fish in position. Tango energized the electric motor which slowly pulled Fish into the open door and once Tango had a hand on Fish’s harness he signaled Chips that recovery was complete, door was closed and that pressurization, climb and acceleration could be safely accomplished. At 2243 Tango and Fish joined Chips in the cockpit as they flew overhead the ‘City of New Orleans’ which was doing 60 knots on the steel rails as Ace 2 was doing 300 knots and then some while climbing to 16,500 feet for the flight to Memphis.
As Fish and Chips discussed the successful ‘Fulton Recovery System’ extraction, Tango’s comm. board lit up with an immediate from Amelia sent to ACE 2 for delivery to Chips, Fish and Hamish when he could be reached. As often was the case Amelia’s message was short and encoded where the letter ‘G’ always stood for Google the words immediately following and ‘Tango’ printed it out from an Airbus printer harvested from an A319 with tail number 3113 that had been destroyed in a collision with a jetway at La Guardia.

In the period 6-16 September, 2001 more than a trillion dollars of wealth was transferred from trusting investors and retirement funds into Acornista accounts with the Global Custodians who had been informed in advance that an event would occur between the 6th and 16th that would reduce the value of the entire New York Stock Exchange by approximately 25%. As Chips responded to Memphis center after being handed off by the previous controller his mind wandered to the research that had been encouraged by the Washington Times, the New York Post, the DC Examiner and a daily in London, UK.

While Chips was trying to make sense of these issues in his mind, Tango handed him a second message reading “Roughrider One on ground Cleveland Hopkins”. Chips knew that Homi, Duke at the Rat package would interview two FAA tower controllers who wished to tell what they witnessed on 9-11 relative to the ‘second’ United 93. Hamish would be spending that time in the sleeper of Homi’s freightliner communicating to Barm E. Badger on Baker Street and Dancer in Geneva. As the plan was falling into sychronicity Chips noticed it was 0015 as Memphis Center handed ACE 2 off to Memphis approach.
As Chips contacted Memphis approach, Tango was listening to another change in plans taking place. “Memphis Approach, ACE 2 out of 10 thousand feet, information Romeo, request”.
“Ace 2, Memphis Approach, descend to and maintain four thousand feet, go ahead with your request”.
“Approach, Ace 2, our company has requested we land at Millington for operational purposes, request vectors for a visual final at Millington”.
“Roger Ace 2, cleared to Millington via radar vectors, turn right to 270, descend to
and maintain three thousand feet. Standby for handoff to Millington Tower.”
As Tango opened his electronic in flight guide he got the VHF frequency for Tulsair Beechcraft and contacted them on the number 2 VHF.
“Tulsair, Ace 2, C46 Commando, 5 minutes out for gas and go, need 1200 gallons of Jet B”.
“Roger Ace 2, confirm C46 Commando and Jet B?”
“Good question Tulsair, however this Commando has Alison T56s, roger the Jet B”.
As Ace 2 was rolling out on the 8000 foot hard surface, lights were still on in the 85,000 square foot facility built at the former Naval Air Station 16 miles north of Memphis. As they rolled up to the fuel truck idling with parking lights on and a blinking yellow beacon atop the cab, Tango told the tower operator that they’d be leaving in 30 minutes on a VFR flight plan following the Mississippi River on a southbound sightseeing flight at 15,500 feet.
The tower operator questioned the sightseeing value of a night flight but Tango was no slouch between the ears and responded “He who has eyes let him see” which was actually a misquote of Matthew 11:15. Perhaps the tower operator was similar to the people described in II Corinthians 4:4 who have been blinded not by the light, but by the lack of light. As the AC46K was shut down for refueling, Fish pointed at a black Cadillac hearse approaching from the FBO. As it drew closer Fish and Chips could read “Jefferson’s Mortuary” on the side of the car. Tango also noted the car and joked “I hope this doesn’t mean Dancer is catching a ride with us!”
“Not exactly” was the laconic response of Chips. Fish and Chips went into the FBO to pay for the fuel while Tango went along also to get some more fresh water for the coffee maker and ice for the sandwiches. Tango hoped there were not metal detectors as his sidekick Mr. Glock had an aversion to electronic devices.
As they returned to the AC46K they saw the hearse had delivered a BDD11 and the driver presented them with a receipt from Boulger Funeral home, Moorhead, Minnesota.
The routing of the BDD11 indicated it had departed Washington’s Reagan National Airport aboard a Northwest Airbus, transferred to Millington’s Jefferson’s Mortuary for the face to face briefing between Chips, Fish and Chip’s sister, Amelia.
As Tango directed the FBO employee to pull the chocks, Fish and Chips crawled into Ace 2 and Chips took out a small device and entered 17577 on the keypad. A green light near the latch blinked 3 times and the lid of the casket opened. Amelia Bruce smiled at her little brother and said, “How long til New Orleans?”
Chips could hear the APU come to life and the sound of rushing air. He pointed to the right engine and said “Fish is starting the engines now so let’s go watch him fly us to the Gulf Coast. I think you were wise to avoid Memphis, our contact at TSA/DHS said that a shiny new set of prop chains had arrived about 9 pm last night. Bummer.”
Chips and Amelia had just joined Fish and Tango as Tango had received the takeoff clearance. “Roger, Justice 01, cleared to go, climb unrestricted direct New Orleans, delete the 250, Justice 01”.
Millington Tower closed with “Safe journey, Justice”. A pair of clicks was all the response Tango afforded them.
“So Chips, what’s the deal with the Justice call sign?” asked Amelia as she harked back to her service with Con Air and the USMS.
“Just wanted you to feel like one of the boys, big sis” smiled Chips as he thought of interesting google searches like Adler Barriman Seal + David Ferrie + Mena + Chips
which would probably include such unlikely hits as Obama + Egypt + Gennifer Flowers.
Tango reported, “Out of 10,000 feet, emitters off, receivers on, MAD boom down and trailing wire deployed.” He then put on a David Clark Headset and scanned two panels watching for people wishing them ill.
“Chips, is there a quieter place to talk?” asked Amelia.
“Sure Sis, the VIP POD is fairly quiet, do you mind if Fish sits in?”
“I was going to ask him to” responded Amelia “but there is no yoke in front of Tango so can Fish join us?”
“No problem. First of all the autopilot is driving. Secondly, if necessary Tango could move to the pilot seat and monitor the passive systems on a long cord. But the bottom line is we can “snatch” ourselves with the Thales-Boeing uninterruptible autopilot and direct the auto pilot from the VIP POD.” At that point Fish left the pilot seat and took a small remote with THALES written on it and followed Chips and Amelia back to the VIP
booth. Once inside, Amelia opened a small device similar to a Blackberry.
“Fish and Chips, it has recently been determined that the forces pulling the strings of Clinton Rubin are doing so from outside the US for benefit of entities outside the US, some in the Middle East, some in Europe, some in China but a majority in French speaking Canada. As Fish and Chips looked at the 3 X 5 card they saw Alexandria and Baton Rouge and
Fish suggested to Amelia “The report will be “Doublecross 20 Bravo” and that call will be going out in about 15 minutes” as he looked as his Thales remote.
“Fish, no problem, I can clipper that in also, why did you pick Baton Rouge so quickly?”
As Fish and Chips made there way up to the cockpit, Fish added “Ninfa’s is well known by the flying community, especially the spook flying community. The food is great, the margaritas even better, yum yum?”
“Sounds great, wish I had time to try it but another ‘justice’ will be trailing us to option B and I will be airborne heading back to Washington so that nobody will even know I have been gone, sort of like the Chinese assassins who fly into Vancouver for a hit and then are back aboard a Chinese airliner heading home before RCMP even knows they’ve
entered Canada”.
Tango pointed at his radar screen and put his cursors over a contact. “This guy has been sampling us for the last 10 minutes Fish, the defensive system is armed.”
“Nice work Tango, watch this” as Fish dialed in 121.5 on the #2 VHF. He then transmitted “Doublecross Bravo” and the radar contact faded. As Tango turned off the defensive systems, Fish turned out the external position lights and beacons and turned directly to Baton Rouge. As the rotating beacon of Ryan Field came into sight, Fish clicked the tower frequency 5 times and a runway appeared. Tango was monitoring a contact dead six at 5 miles as the AC46K was rolled onto the runway. Once clear of the runway Fish taxied to the rollout end in time to arrive as Justice 2 did a 180 degree turn on the runway and opened the left forward door. Fish held the parking brakes while Chips let his sister out the side door near the tail of the AC46K. She walked with a sense of purpose to the waiting jet and once inside, the door was closed and ‘Justice 2’ was airborne and gone, lights out and no comm. Before the jet had rotated, Fish had the T56s at max power as they had to beat the sunrise in New Orleans. As Chips joined Tango and Fish in the cockpit Tango commented “She seemed worried?”.
“Yes and with good reason, the Alien Property Custodians at Sidley Austin want her quiet or dead. She left this for some light reading guys” said Chips as he placed a single sheet of glossy paper with the headline “Osama’s Canadian Autopilot flies Obama’s Hubs and Spokes?”
A worried Fish asked, “That APC acronym, was it Alien Presidential Candidate?”
“No Fish, it’s Alien Property Custodian or Alien Patents Corrupted or even Alien Presidential Campaign the election was rigged by Michelle and Barney the purple dinosaur production team and Hillary. Michelle and Hillary have been ripping off patents to deploy against America for Equitable Life since before the run of good luck in cattle futures, capeche?”
Before Fish or Tango could respond the sound of a large impact was heard and the 65 year old airframe shook.
